Service Description
A guided practice combining gentle movement, breath work, and meditation to help you reconnect, release tension, and restore balance. This class supports the natural flow of prana (life force energy) within the body, using mindful movement and stillness to create space, awareness, and ease. Through this process, you’ll improve flexibility, calm the nervous system, and enhance both physical and mental well-being. Suitable for all levels, with options to move at your own pace. Class Details 📅 Tuesday – 9:00AM & 6:00PM 📅 Thursday – 9:00AM & 6:00PM 💰 $15 Members | $25 Non-members 🧘♀️ Studio 205 – Calm, private space Led by an experienced yoga practitioner who brings a unique, real-world understanding of working with the body through both strength and limitation. With a strong focus on mindful movement, breathwork, and the flow of prana (life force energy), classes are delivered in a supportive and inclusive way. Each session is designed to be accessible, allowing participants to move at their own pace while building strength, flexibility, resilience, and inner calm.
