Yes! Here’s how it works depending on your payment type: 1. Upfront / Fixed-Term Contracts Request in Writing: Notify us at least 3 days before the pause. Minimum Suspension: Usually 2 weeks at a time. Maximum Suspension: Up to 6 weeks, unless otherwise approved. Payments: Any suspended time is added to the end of your contract, so all instalments remain payable. Membership End Date: Extended to reflect the suspension period. 2. Direct Debit / Ongoing Payments (Weekly or Monthly) Request in Writing: Notify us at least 3 days before the pause. Minimum Suspension: Usually 2 weeks at a time. Maximum Suspension: Up to 6 weeks, unless otherwise approved. Payments: Your payments will be paused during the suspension — you won’t be charged. Membership End Date: Remains the same; the membership is not extended. Special Cases Exceptions for medical recovery or surgery can be approved at the Gym’s discretion. This policy ensures you can take a break when needed while keeping your membership and payments simple and transparent.
