Absolutely! Casual visitors are welcome during staffed hours only. Non-members must report to reception upon entry, sign in and pay for a casual pass $15 per visit.

• Only members can access the gym outside of staffed hours.

• CCTV is in operation 24/7

• Records are maintained of each entry and exit.

Yes! Here’s how it works depending on your payment type:

1. Upfront / Fixed-Term Contracts

• Request in Writing: Notify us at least 3 days before the pause.

• Minimum Suspension: Usually 2 weeks at a time.

• Maximum Suspension: Up to 6 weeks, unless otherwise approved.

• Payments: Any suspended time is added to the end of your contract, so all instalments remain payable.

• Membership End Date: Extended to reflect the suspension period.

2. Direct Debit / Ongoing Payments (Weekly or Monthly)

• Request in Writing: Notify us at least 3 days before the pause.

• Minimum Suspension: Usually 2 weeks at a time.

• Maximum Suspension: Up to 6 weeks, unless otherwise approved.

• Payments: Your payments will be paused during the suspension — you won’t be charged.

• Membership End Date: Remains the same; the membership is not extended.

Special Cases

• Exceptions for medical recovery or surgery can be approved at the Gym’s discretion.
